6 August 2010: Synthetix has launched a fifth Virtual Agent into the Water Utilities sector for Yorkshire Water. Visitors to www.yorkshirewater.com can click on "Ask me a question" and are greeted by a smartAgent who is a virtual version of one of the existing customer care team selected at random.
23 July 2010: Each year, Gartner identifies Cool Vendors in key technology areas and publishes a series of research reports highlighting these innovative vendors and their products and services. Synthetix has been awarded “Cool Vendor” status in CRM Customer Service for 2010.
12 July 2010: Yorkshire Building Society has launched a new online customer service system provided by Synthetix. We originally provided a virtual agent deployment on the mortgage section of the site in 2005 and have now launched our interactive FAQ product, faqtAgent across the whole site.
6 May 2010: Synthetix has successfully deployed another smartAgent into the Travel and Tourism sector for Low Cost Holidays. Visitors to www.lowcostholidays.com click on the Help & Information tab and are connected with a smartAgent which is there to answer queries twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
24 March 2010: Synthetix has launched a multilingual Virtual Agent, its fourth deployment into the Water Utilities sector for Dwr Cymru Welsh Water. 7 December 2009: Lincolnshire County Council has launched a new online customer service system provided by Synthetix. If citizens want answers on children’s services any time, any place then they "Ask Alex". The technology is a new feature which answers questions put to a virtual person on aspects of child care.
